for a website

Option 2) Weather Reach Signal Service Contract with Irrisoft, Inc.
Some entities prefer to outsource professional services. Irrisoft is Rain Bird’s partner in
Weather Reach Water Management and can provide Weather Reach Signal services under a
contract with an entity. Irrisoft service fees are based on the number of weather stations. An
unlimited number of ET Managers may be programmed to use the signal. The entity desig-
nates who is eligible to utilize the signal.
The entity is responsible for the weather station(s). They may own and maintain the
station(s) or make arrangements to access existing weather station(s). Irrisoft operates the
Weather Reach Server. The phone costs to communicate with the weather station and pag-
ing costs are included in the service fee. Contact Weather Reach Signal Provider Support 1-
877-351-6588 for rate plans.
Determine Weather Station Access
The WRSP is responsible for the weather station(s) used. They may own and maintain the
station(s) or make arrangements to access existing weather station(s).
Existing Weather Stations
The Weather Reach Server can access existing Rain Bird weather stations. Most Maxicom sta-
tions can be used. In most cases, existing stations can be accessed without any changes to
the weather station and with no impact to other users of the weather station. Stations with
dial-up connections are easiest to use.
